About Us

Borek Solutions Group is a fast-growing international IT and business services company with operations in Germany, India, and Kosovo. We specialize in providing customized digital solutions, software development, and operational support to clients across a wide range of industries. Our mission is to empower companies through technology, streamline their processes, and deliver high-quality, scalable services from nearshore and offshore locations. With a strong focus on collaboration, innovation, and cross-border teamwork, Borek Solutions Group bridges global talent with European business standards. About the role An AI-native private school built around personalized 1:1 AI tutoring, mastery-based learning, and innovative physical learning spaces. Its Azure- and Microsoft 365-based operating system transforms curricula into a dynamic Skill Graph, coordinates AI-powered tutoring, and manages school operations, spaces, and governance while securely handling sensitive student data. What you'll do Design and build a containerized, multi-tenant Azure infrastructure for the platform that can be stood up and migrated region-by-region (starting with Spain, then Switzerland, Saudi Arabia/UAE, Germany and others) to satisfy local data-residency requirements. Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines for the agentic AI platform, backend services, and the native Windows tutoring app. Own the Azure AI Foundry deployment infrastructure, including routing between on-device Small Language Models (running on managed Microsoft Surface tablets) and cloud-based Frontier models for heavier tasks such as media/lesson generation. Administer and architect per-school Microsoft 365 tenants (one legal entity/tenant per campus) as the collaboration and identity backbone, integrated with Intune for managed, locked-down student devices. Build monitoring, logging, and observability for a system that must remain auditable and reconstructable while handling data belonging to minors. Design for scale from the first pilot campus (roughly 1,200-1,500 students, up to 3,000 at full build-out) to several additional school tenants over the following years. Work closely with the AI Engineer(s) and the Security Engineer to keep infrastructure boundaries clean — for example ensuring certain local models have no outbound internet access. Support the founder/Product Owner's team in producing a credible effort estimate and Azure architecture proposal during the current concept phase. What you bring Solid hands-on experience running production workloads on Microsoft Azure (compute, networking, containers/Kubernetes or Azure Container Apps). Infrastructure-as-code experience (Bicep, Terraform, or similar). Experience administering Microsoft 365 tenants and device management via Intune (or comparable MDM). Familiarity with Azure AI Foundry / Azure OpenAI or an equivalent managed LLM platform. CI/CD tooling experience (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar). Understanding of multi-tenant SaaS architecture and regional data-residency/segregation requirements (GDPR and similar regimes). Comfortable working in a 0-to-1, fast-moving concept-to-build environment with an engaged, technically fluent Product Owner. Great Fluent English language ; German is highly desirable Nice to have Prior experience in EdTech or another domain handling sensitive personal/minors' data. Azure certifications (AZ-104, AZ-400, AZ-500 or similar). Experience standing up new tenants/regions repeatedly as a product scale to new markets. Why this role You'll be one of the first engineers to build the technical backbone of a from-scratch, investor-backed with a founder who is hands-on, Microsoft-experienced, and open to being challenged on technical directions.
