As a Content Delivery Network (CDN) Administrator, you will be interfacing with our technically-minded customer base, contacting our vendors and contractors, and maintaining and enhancing the company’s CDN infrastructure as a whole. Providing skilled, technical email support to our technically-oriented customer base Implementing configuration changes based on customer requests and internal needs Communicating technical requirements and change requests to the company’s vendors and contractors Providing general maintenance for the company’s CDN infrastructure
