DevOps Engineer – Fintech SaaS

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer with experience in scaling infrastructure and optimizing deployments to help support and grow our high-performance fintech platform. What we are looking for: A proactive and solutions-oriented team player. At least 2 years of experience in DevOps, including CI/CD pipeline setup (example: Gitlab) and infrastructure automation. Strong knowledge of Linux and AWS. Familiarity with infrastructure as code tools (CloudFormation, etc.). Experience with AWS monitoring and logging tools. Solid scripting skills (Bash, Python, or similar). Understanding of security best practices, backups and performance optimization. Advanced engineering degree is recommended but can be substituted with relevant work experience. Good English communication skills. Located in the Banja Luka area (or willing to relocate).
