Your work will be dynamic and varied. You will cooperate with the Creative Performance, Organic Social Media and Brand Design teams and connect creativity, production and marketing. WHAT WILL YOU CREATE? video ads for Meta and other digital platforms, designed to attract attention and encourage response, organic video content for social networks, product, lifestyle and brand videos, various formats, versions and adaptations of videos for individual channels and target groups, content created or upgraded with the help of modern AI tools. YOU WILL ALSO COOPERATE IN: development of creative concepts, writing scripts, preparing storyboards, planning and organizing filming, shooting video and photographic content, choosing staff, locations, light and visual approach, shaping the creative direction of individual projects. The scope of autonomy will be adapted to your knowledge and experience. WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PERSON WHO: has a good sense of story, tempo, music, sound and visual composition, knows video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects and comparable programs, knows modern AI tools and platforms, such as Magnific, Google Flow, Higgsfield etc., monitors trends in the field of video, social networks and digital advertising, understands that a performance ad, an organic post and a premium brand video are created with different goals and require different approaches, knows how to accept feedback and integrate it into their work qualitatively, is organized, reliable and wants to actively cooperate with different teams. REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE 1-3 years of experience in video production, filming, editing or a related field.
