Agentic AI Expert (m/f/d) Thirrje Publiko Konkurs Produktet Llogarite Pagën Rroga Akademi Pune Blog Press Kontakt 1 AL --> Profili Im 1 Profili Im Thirrjet Publiko Konkurs Llogarite Pagën Rroga Akademi Pune Blog Press Kontakt Kontakti +383 45 11 14 14 info@kosovajob.com www.fb.com/kosovajob Copyright © 2026 KosovaJob LLC --> ULTRA Agentic AI Expert (m/f/d) Ruaj IMEE Ndiqe Tags IMEE Agentic AI Expert IT Miscrocoft 365 Power Platform English Python Fushe Kosove Shikime --> Kategoria Skadon Orari Lokacioni Linku u kopjua Linku u kopjua Agentic AI Expert (m/f/d) Microsoft Copilot Studio, Copilot Cowork & Microsoft Scout Location: Fushë Kosovë, Kosovo Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Category: IT, AI, Microsoft Copilot, Agents, Power Platform Your Responsibilities Design, build and maintain agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio (instructions, skills, topics/classic where needed, knowledge, tools, channels) Implement Copilot Cowork use cases: multi-step delegated work across Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and Microsoft 365 Set up and operationalize Microsoft Scout (Autopilot): always-on agents, heartbeat/automations, identity, permissions, desktop + M365 scope Translate business processes into agent briefs, skills and governed actions (human-in-the-loop where required) Connect agents to Microsoft 365, Dataverse, Power Automate, Power Apps, APIs and MCP servers Define guardrails: Entra identity, DLP, sensitivity, approvals, logging, testing and rollback Run discovery workshops with German client teams, write functional specs and run POCs through to production Train key users, write runbooks and support adoption after go-live Monitor agent quality (hallucinations, failed actions, cost, latency) and improve prompts, skills and tools Stay current on Copilot Studio, Cowork, Scout, Frontier features and the Microsoft agent roadmap Work with consultants, developers and infrastructure on integrations, licensing and tenant readiness Your Profile Several years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 / Power Platform and at least one year building Copilot or custom agents Practical experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio (declarative agents, custom agents, knowledge sources, actions/tools) Hands-on or strong working knowledge of Copilot Cowork and Microsoft Scout (Frontier / Autopilot) – or the proven ability to get productive on them very fast Solid understanding of agent patterns: on-demand delegation (Cowork) vs. always-on autopilot (Scout) vs. reusable governed agents (Studio) Experience with Power Automate, Dataverse, connectors, REST APIs and ideally MCP Strong English (business fluent, written and spoken) – mandatory for client work, documentation and Microsoft tooling German is an advantage for workshops with DACH clients, not a must Structured consulting mindset: requirements, security, testing, documentation, change management Comfortable with prompt design, evaluation and iterative improvement – not only “demo prompts” Understanding of Microsoft 365 security and compliance (Entra ID, Purview/DLP, admin center, licensing) Plus: PL-200, PL-400, MS-4006 / Copilot Studio credentials, Azure AI Foundry, Graph API, C# / JavaScript / Python, GitHub Copilot What We Offer Early, real projects on Copilot Studio, Cowork and Scout for German companies – not lab-only work Direct path from idea to production agents Certification and Frontier-program support Competitive salary based on experience Modern office in Pristina / Fushë Kosovë, hybrid by agreement Short decision paths, international team, growth toward Agent Architect / Lead About Us We are a professional services company based in Kosovo, supporting companies in Germany and Kosovo with Microsoft cloud and AI solutions.
