Payroll Specialist
The Finance and Administration team manages everything from payroll and travel expenses to client invoices and employee inquiries. In short, we take care of all the behind-the-scenes work that keeps a 400-person global company running smoothly.
We’re a small but highly efficient team of six looking for an experienced Payroll Accountant to help us keep things running like clockwork. In this role, you’ll be making work easier and better for hundreds of employees, who will remain blissfully unaware of the mountain of spreadsheets, documents, and policies you’ve had to go through to accomplish it. But they’ll definitely appreciate it when you land in their inbox with the best news of the month: their payroll statement.
Our ideal colleague is someone who enjoys crunching numbers, pays attention to the tiniest details, and is motivated and dedicated to their work. It’s vital that all team members have top-notch organizational skills, can prioritize tasks effectively, and always keep deadlines in mind. Our new colleague should also be a team player and be happy to accept new challenges.
If you excel in Excel and know how to balance numbers, deadlines, and priorities, we’re saving you a seat in the office with the best view in the building.
