• Develop and maintain web applications using modern technologies, including but not limited to React, Node.js, and MongoDB;
• Ensure the applications are scalable and maintainable by writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code; Continuously improve the software development process by identifying and implementing best practices, tools, and methodologies;
• Provide technical guidance and support to other team members.
