ATENA (Atena International Caregiving) is looking for a person to help build the company's future in the Netherlands. We are looking for a motivated candidate to drive business growth, build partnerships, and shape ATENA's future in this market. Job description (Your contribution):

• Developing relationships with Dutch companies, agencies, and potential business partners.

• Identifying suitable organizations and new opportunities.

• Supporting partnerships in recruitment and providing HR services.

• Helping to build ATENA's presence in the Netherlands.

• Close cooperation with our international team to foster growth. Conditions (We are looking for a person who):

• Has knowledge of the Dutch language at least at C1 level.

• Has knowledge of the English language at least at C1 level.

• Has experience in phone calls and confidence for active contacting.

• Possesses communication and negotiation skills.

• Can work independently and propose solutions.

• Shows interest in business development and building something from scratch.

• Experience in business development and sales, recruitment, human resources, staffing services, healthcare, or customer relations is an advantage but not mandatory.
