You work alongside Tech Leads across the full development cycle, which means your decisions shape what ships and how it holds up in production. The platform you're building serves members managing their health, so reliability and craftsmanship aren't optional. What You'll Actually Do Design and ship platform features: Build, test, and enhance new components and features for web platforms using Java, Kotlin, and Angular as a member of a product delivery team. Contribute to sprint planning: Participate in refinement, planning, and kick-off ceremonies — estimating stories, surfacing technical complexity, and defining implementation details before work begins. Monitor and respond to production incidents: Proactively watch production systems and take ownership of incident response when issues arise. Write robust, well-tested code: Automate and unit-test code to handle edge cases, usability scenarios, and general reliability requirements. Apply AI across the development lifecycle: Use AI tooling actively throughout design, development, and testing to produce better software faster.
