Salesforce Developer
Elara is recruiting an experienced Salesforce Developer on behalf of a growing international technology business. You must hold a Salesforce Developer certification and bring 3–5 years of Salesforce development experience, with strong Apex, SQL and API integration skills.
About the role
You’ll take ownership of back-end Salesforce development, helping build a reliable, scalable platform that supports commercial operations. Working closely with Revenue Operations and Data Engineering, you’ll deliver integrations, improve automation and ensure the platform is well documented and maintained. We’re looking for someone who can work independently, identify improvements and take projects through to completion.
What you’ll do:
Develop and maintain Apex code, workflows and process automation.
Build and manage API integrations between Salesforce and other business systems.
Support integrations involving e-commerce, invoicing and customer account data.
Configure and manage objects across Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
Improve pipeline stages, shared field values and lead tagging.
Integrate revenue and order data to support reporting and dashboards.
Work with Data Engineering to maintain reliable data synchronisation.
Test changes, troubleshoot issues and resolve bugs.
Create clear technical documentation for maintenance and handovers.
Proactively identify gaps and recommend improvements.
Essential
requirements
- Salesforce Developer certification.
- 3–5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Strong Apex coding skills, with a focus on clean, maintainable code.
- Solid SQL skills and experience building and mapping API integrations.
- Experience with Sales Cloud and/or Marketing Cloud.
- The ability to prioritise work and deliver independently.
- Strong problem-solving, communication and documentation skills.
- English at B2 level or above, written and spoken.
