.NET Backend Developer
Design, develop, implement, and maintain scalable software applications. Design, implement, and optimize databases to ensure performance and reliability. Analyze data, processes, and code to troubleshoot issues and identify improvement opportunities. Translate business requirements into efficient and maintainable technical solutions. Provide technical guidance and actively contribute to solution design. Prepare and maintain clear and structured technical documentation. Participate in code reviews and ensure high code quality standards. Contribute to backlog prioritization, estimation, and refinement of business requirements. Continuously improve client-facing solutions as well as internal systems and processes. Develop and execute tests to ensure code quality and system stability. Implement security best practices to protect data and systems. Collaborate closely with frontend and database developers, project managers, and other stakeholders. Research new and existing technologies and propose innovative improvements. Take ownership of assigned tasks, timelines, and delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Senior: 5+ years of experience in software development.
- Medior: 3+ years of experience in software development.
- Strong experience with .NET/C# and backend development.
- Solid experience with databases and system integrations.
- Knowledge of relevant programming languages and frameworks.
