If you are a witty (and preferably experienced developer) aiming to become a wholesome database engineer, you should consider joining us. We are looking for 2 qualified individuals to join our team in Mostar office. What will you do at Evona:

Create the objects in the database

Ensure data integrity

Develop software solutions

Monitor the performance of the database and ensure optimum performance

Resolve any production data issues

Develop automation technologies to accelerate the process of data loading

Kvalifikacije We are looking for someone who:

Is familiar with DBMS with the accent on PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, MongoDB technologies

Is familiar with ETL processes

Has an experience with SQL and NoSQL databases

Is familiar with Python or PowerShell

Knows best database security practices

Understand data modeling processes

Is eager and willing to put effort into learning and improving

Has a high ability to understand abstract concepts

Will work in our office in Mostar

Can read and write technical documentation in English

Has a working knowledge of Linux/Unix operating systems

Is cooperative and teamplayer

Nice to have

qualifications

College degree in Computer Science or related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in database engineering
Certificates (Oracle Certified Professional, Microsoft Certified, Azure Administrator Associate)
Knowledge of agile methodologies (SCRUM)
Experience with Azure DevOps
